Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of navistyle.in (the "Site") operated by Navi Style ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, where stock is unavailable, where pricing or product information is incorrect, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated and include applicable taxes.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the chosen payment method for the order total. We don't store full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines, charges, and supported destinations are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or colour preference. Please review size guides and product details carefully before ordering.

Exceptions — eligible for a free replacement or refund:

  • Item arrived damaged in transit.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size.
  • Item has a manufacturing defect.

To raise a claim, email hello@navistyle.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear unboxing photos/video of the issue. Claims raised later may not be honoured.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — product photos, illustrations, logos, copy, and the Navi Style name — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to defraud anyone.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
  • Scrape, crawl, or copy the Site at scale without our consent.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or security.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" basis. Colours may vary slightly from your screen. We make no warranties beyond those required by Indian consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
