This page is maintained by Navi Style and explains how we process, ship, and track your order.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery timelines (India)

Metro cities — 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India — 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Remote pin codes — may take up to 12 business days.

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

International shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Available countries and final delivery timelines are shown at checkout.

Charges

India shipping is $1.98. International shipping is $80.00 and is shown at checkout for supported destinations.

Products marked by our team can ship free when every item in your bag is eligible.

Payment

We accept prepaid payments only — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item/size, email hello@navistyle.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear unboxing photos/video. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or colour preference. Please check the size guide and product description before ordering. Full policy in our Terms of Service.
