This page is maintained by Navi Style to explain what personal information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using navistyle.in (the "Site") you agree to this policy.

  • Account details — name, email, phone number, and password hash when you create an account.
  • Order and shipping details — billing/shipping address, items ordered, order history.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by our payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.
  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and basic analytics needed to keep the Site working and improve it.
  • Support messages — anything you send us by email, chat, or WhatsApp.

2. How we use your information

  • Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your queries.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
  • Send order-related transactional emails (confirmations, shipping updates).
  • Send marketing emails only if you've opted in (e.g., newsletter signup) — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our products, catalogue, and shopping experience.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and secure your session. We also use lightweight analytics to understand which pages and products are popular. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may stop working.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with trusted partners who help us run the Site:

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Order and tax records may be retained for the period required by Indian accounting and tax law (typically up to 8 years). You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal retention duties).
  • Opt out of marketing communications.

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards — HTTPS everywhere, encrypted credentials, role-based access, and row-level security on customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and dated above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
